      Filling & Topping:2 tsp Cinnamon3/4 cup Brown Sugar1/2 cup Raisins1/2 cup Chopped walnuts*Divide in 2 partsFor Cake:1 cup Butter1 cup granulated Sugar3 Eggs1 tsp Vanilla1 cup Sour Cream2 1/2 cups sifted cake flour2 tsp Baking powder1 tsp Baking soda1/2 tsp Salt{}Cream butter & sugar, add eggs one at a time beat well after each addition. Add vanilla & sour cream. When well blended, fold in sifted dry ingredients. Turn 1/2 the batter into a 9x13 greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with 1 part(1/2) of the spice & brown sugar mix. Cover with the remaining batter. Sprinkle with remaining sugar & raisin mix.Bake in 350 to 375for 1/2 hour to 45 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
