      http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bt0ju_ufKzQRecipe from Festival Foods.Ingredients:4 pounds ground beef2 cups finely diced onion1 to 2 cups finely diced celery1 green pepper, finely dicedSalt and pepper4 cups ketchup1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste1/4 cup brown sugar2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar1/2 cup water2 dozen bunsDirections:In large pan, brown ground beef with onions, celery salt and pepper. Place ground beef mixture in a slow cooker. Add ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, Worcestershire, vinegar and water. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally. If mixture gets a bit dry, add a little water. Serve on buns. Makes about 2 dozen sandwiches.
