Ingredients:1 package (20 ounces) fresh or frozen cheese tortellini2 tablespoons butter3 garlic cloves, minced1/4 cup dry white wine1 pint heavy cream1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 1/2 cups frozen peas2 cups diced hamSalt and pepper1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese2 tablespoons fresh chopped Italian parsleyDirections:Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain well. Melt butter in large skillet. Cook garlic in the butter for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add wine and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for a few minutes until it starts to thicken a bit. Whisk in grated Parmesan cheese. Stir in tortellini, peas and ham and toss to coat. Heat to warm. Season with a little salt and pepper. Serve with the shredded Parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
