Ingredients:1 Tbsp cumin1 Tbsp garlic salt3 tsp chili powder2 tsp black pepper4 rib eye steaks2 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp butter1 Tbsp onion, finely chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 3 oz. can diced green chiles1/4 cup chicken broth1 cup heavy cream1 lime1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese or pepperjack cheese1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantroDirections:Mix first 4 ingredients together. Place steaks in a glass pan and rub spice mixture into both sides of the meat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours.For the sauce, cook onion in butter on low heat for a few minutes until onion is soft. Add garlic. Sautee for 30 second. Turn up heat and add chiles, cream and broth. Let sauce simmer for a few minutes to thicken a bit.Before drizzle steaks with olive oil. Grill steaks to your liking. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the steaks. Spoon sauce on top. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro.
