      Ingredients:1 cup juice from lemons, limes or sour oranges1 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups dry white wine6 cloves garlic, crushed1 teaspoon basil3 broiler chickens, quartered1 cup butter, melted3 cups potato chips, crumbledDirections:Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine juices, salt, pepper, wine, garlic and basil. Add chicken pieces, cover and marinate in refrigerator 4 hours, turning occasionally. Remove chicken pieces and pat dry. Dip each piece into melted butter, roll in crumbled chips. Arrange in large, flat, buttered baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.Recipe from Festival Foods.
