Showers and storms will push across Northeast Wisconsin, though severe weather is not expected. Some storms could contain heavy rainfall, but that is the biggest threat from these storms.
They will quiet down tonight, and it sets the stage for a nicer Sunday.
For Sunday, we'll see partly cloudy skies with an isolated thundershower possible in the afternoon.
Drier and cooler air filters into the state for the beginning of next week with mostly cloudy skies and scattered showers on Monday and Tuesday. Highs early next week will struggle to reach 70 degrees, but slowly warm back toward 80 by next Friday. Lots of sunshine is expected for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday next week as the temperatures slowly climb.
The average high this time of year is 80 so next week will be unusually cool.
