Bill Shuster, R-Pennsylvania, in introducing the legislation. The proposed bill extends the current declaration from the U.S. Department of Transportation to allow tank truck operators carrying propane to drive beyond the current hour-of-service limits through May 31, 2014, in order to speed up delivery in affected states.
