Parmesan Pork Cutlet


Ingredients:


1 lb pork loin , cut in four slices


1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese


1/2 cup bread crumbs


2 eggs, whisked with 1 Tbsp water


1 cup flour, seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic


Directions:


Pound out pork to 1/4 inch thickness. Bread by placing in flour first then egg then bread crumbs, pressing down to completely coat. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add 1 Tbsp olive oil and cook pork until brown and cooked through. You can sauce with a variety of things, I like a good mushroom sauce but dip in BBQ sauce as well.
