GREEN BAY - A man convicted of crashing into a Green Bay police squad car while driving drunk was sentenced Friday to 9 years in prison and 11 years extended supervision. Ryan Rivard was also ordered not to consume alcohol for the next 20 years.Rivard pleaded no contest in March to several charges, including injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle. Five other charges were dismissed as part of a plea deal.Rivard was speeding down Lombardi Ave. last August when he hit the squad driven by Officer Tracy Liska.The speed limit in the area is 35 miles an hour.
