The site, www.Wisconsin.gov, re-launched this week with a new mobile-friendly design and streamlined content. The typography and motifs are inspired by famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
The new home page highlights the state's latest unemployment rate, includes six different rotating photos of Gov. Scott Walker, a link to a driver's license practice test and the factoid that 2.8 billion pounds of cheese are produced annually in the state.
It also includes links to a variety of commonly accessed services, such as getting on the no-call list and obtaining a fishing license.
The state Department of Administration says the site received more than 2.9 million unique visits last year and 6.1 million page views.
