5 lbs Milk Chocolate, melted
1 3/4 cup evaporated milk, warmed
1/2 cup plus 1/8 cup vegetable oil
1/3 Tbsp plus 1 Tbsp peppermint extract
Combine ingredients in bowl and mix with electric mixer until mixed thoroughly. Pour mixture into high-sided sheet pan and refrigerate for 4 hours. Once chilled, invert pan to release chocolate and cut into squares. Dip squares in favorite chocolate and decorate.
