Paul LaChappelle enters a plea in federal court next week to ten counts of fraud.
According to the federal indictment, LaChappelle was a maintenance technician authorized to requisition and order replacement parts at Nemschoff. He allegedly ordered parts that were not needed, and then the vendor paid LaChappelle about half of the money it received through the orders.
LaChappelle also faces four counts of tax fraud.
