GREEN BAY - A 54-year-old Green Bay man has been arrested and charged after police say he offered to pay a 13-year-old boy for a sex act.

The alleged incident happened around 3:15 p.m. Thursday. Investigators say Thomas Matuszak followed two teen boys in his white Ford Taurus across the Walnut St. bridge. Matuszak approached one of them in the 100 block of S. Broadway, where he allegedly propositioned the boy. The boy refused and walked away, but told police the car drove past him at least three more times.

At this point, police say another citizen who was following Matuszak's car notified police of the suspicious situation. Police eventually found Matuszak at the intersection of Mather St. and Broadway and arrested him there.
