It all started Sunday afternoon, when authorities say the man got into a verbal altercation with a bartender at Ski Brule.
The Iron County Sheriff’s Office in Michigan told law enforcement in Forest County to keep an eye out for the man following the incident.
Forest County sheriff’s deputies spotted the man’s vehicle a couple hours later near the town of Alvin. That's where deputies arrested the man without incident.
Charges are being referred to the district attorney’s office for being armed while intoxicated, drunken driving and carrying a concealed weapon.
