Add cooked chicken meat. Add chicken stock and simmer for 30 minutes. Add fresh chopped thyme. Thicken with cornstarch ( thick enough to stick to spoon) Zest three lemons and add the zest. Juice lemon and also add to soup. Add heavy cream and cooked wild rice.Taste and adjust taste with salt and pepper if needed.* If too thick you can add a little more cream.
