Ingredients:1/2 lb Mussels1/2 cup of Lagunitas IPA1/8 cup fennel, diced1 tsp garlic, minced1/4 cup tomato juice1 Tbsp basil, sliced thinSalt and pepper to taste1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil1 Ciabatta bread sliced and grilledDirections:In a hot pan add oil, mussels, fennel and garlic. Saut till you can smell the garlic and Fennel then add beer and salt and pepper. Continue to saut till beer is about half gone then add tomato juice. Cover and let simmer till all the Mussels are open. Finish the last few seconds with fresh basil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grilled bread.
