Milwaukee Bucks owner Herb Kohl supports NBA commissioner Adam Silver’s decision Tuesday to ban Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling for life.

Sterling, who was also fined $2.5 million, made racist comments in which he said in a recording he doesn’t want his girlfriend to bring any black people to games with her.

Said Kohl in a statement: “We denounce the offensive, racist comments made by Mr. Sterling, and we stand with the actions Commissioner Silver has taken against him.”
