      Italian Sausage and Potato Soup

      Ingredients:


      1 1/2 lb. bulk italian sausage

      1 packet of dried italian dressing mix

      6-8 cups chicken stock

      1 bag of frozen russet potatoes or a couple of cups of potatoes peeled, diced and boiled.

      Fresh kale

      1/4 cup heavy cream


      Directions:


      Brown the sausage in a stock pot. Once brown, reduce heat to a simmer.

      Add the packet of dried italian dressing mix into the browned meat.

      Add chicken stock, bag of potatoes, a couple handfuls of kale. Add optional amount of heavy cream. Simmer for about 15 minutes and enjoy!
