Ingredients:4 1/2 cups oats1 cup flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp vanilla extract2/3 cup softened butter1/2 cup honey1/3 cup brown sugar2 cups chocolate chips (or any 2-cup combination of your favorite nuts, seeds, dried fruits, baking chips)Directions:Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray. Line pan with foil so edges stick up over pan. Spray foil with cooking spray. Combine Oats, flour, baking soda, vanilla extract, softened butter, honey and brown sugar. Stir all ingredients until well blended. Add 2 cups of chocolate chips or any 2-cup combination of your favorites! Mix together. Spread into pan and press lightly. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool on cooling rack for 10 minutes. Pull up foil from pan and cut into bars. Let bars cool completely before serving.
