MANITOWOC - A man who allegedly crashed his car into a cyclist - and then drove home with the cyclist lodged in the windshield - waived his preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty Wednesday.[caption id="attachment_61" align="alignleft" width="300"] A car and tricycle involved in a Jan. 18, 2014 hit-and-run crash in Manitowoc are seen in evidence storage, Jan. 21, 2014.[/caption]Jamie Hang is charged with first-degree recklessly endangering safety and four other charges for the Jan. 18 incident. No trial date has been set. A settlement conference with the district attorney is set for March 27, according to online court records.Investigators say he was driving home last month when he hit a man riding a three-wheel bicycle, lodging him in the windshield. The victim, Steven Gove, was not seriously hurt.
