      Grilled Vegetables with Sriracha Mayo

      Ingredients:An assortment of zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, red onion, sliced at least a quarter inch thick1 cup olive oil1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1/4 cup lemon juice3 teaspoons of Italian herbsToss all ingredients together and mix well. Grill veggies over high heat. Serve with Sarachi Mayo.Sriracha Mayo:3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise1 Tablespoon Sriracha style chili sauce1 teaspoon lemon/lime juice1/4 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
