Ingredients:1 ripe pineapple8 Tbsp butter (1 stick)3/4 cup sugar1 tsp lime zest, grated1 tsp ground cinnamon1/8 tsp ground clovesDirections:Cut the top off the pineapple and slice off the outer rind. Slice the pineapple into 8 or 10 rounds and core each round (the rounds need to be nice and thick). Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl, melt the butter and place in a separate bowl. To cook, make sure your grill is nice and hot, dip each pineapple slice in the butter then coat both sides with the sugar mixture. Cook on the grill turning occasionally until the sugar is bubbly on both sides, place on a serving dish and eat!
