Scott Walker appears with two characters from the children's show Sesame Street in a new national effort to promote child health.Walker wears a red University of Wisconsin sweatshirt and tells the puppets it's important to eat well and exercise. Walker tells the puppets those are good habits that can last a lifetime.
The puppet Abby Caddaby tells the governor the most important habit is giving hugs, before the two puppets hug Walker.Walker is one of 12 governors starring alongside puppets Rosita and Abby Caddaby in commercials released last week. The commercials were created in partnership with the National Governors Association.A Walker spokeswoman was unsure whether the two videos would air on broadcast television or only on the NGA website.
