GBPD using electronic billboards in search for person of interest

GREEN BAY - The search for a person of interest in a Green Bay homicide case is becoming more aggressive.Police are using electronic billboards to find Terry Shepard.Investigators believe Shepard shot at Steven Sims inside a Stuart St. home Tuesday night.Related Stories:
