Ingredients:2 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon salt 1/2 tablespoon sugar2 eggs4 tablespoon melted butter 1/2 teaspoon vanilla2 1/2 cups buttermilkAmarettoDirections:In a mixing bowl, stir the flour, baking soda, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the eggs, melted butter, vanilla and buttermilk. Combine until smooth. If batter seems to thick add a bit more buttermilk. Pour, about 1/4 cup at a time, the batter into a saut pan on medium heat. Once one side is browned, flip the pancake. Then add Amaretto to the hot pan, which will flame and add significant flavor. Makes approximately 12 pancakes.
