Five-year prison term issued for double-fatal OWI crash

FOND DU LAC - Daniel Shea was sentenced Friday to five years in prison for a drunk driving crash which killed two people.Shea crossed the center line of Highway 45 in southern Fond du Lac County on Sept. 13, 2012, hitting another vehicle. Paul and Joanna Grahl, of Eden, were killed. Shea's blood alcohol level tested more than double the legal limit nearly two hours after the crash.Judge Gary Sharpe also sentenced Shea, 25, to ten years of extended supervision and 15 years probation. Shea must perform 40 hours of community service during each year on probation and maintain absolute sobriety during the 25 years of state monitoring after release from prison.
