Fans get a sneak peak at Monster Jam stars

ASHWAUBENON - The Resch Center in Ashwaubenon is hosting a monster event this weekend.

Saturday morning, fans got a sneak peek of its stars.

The trucks aren't just big. They're monster big.

Kids and families had a chance to see the Monster Jam stars up close, before the big event.

They could also meet the people behind the wheel.

Drivers say smashing cars is fun, but it's the fans that make the event so enjoyable.

"I always say the 5-year-old is our biggest fan and to put a smile on their face is everything to me," said "Grave Digger" driver Charlie Pauken.

"You know they're jumping out of their seats and the moms are going crazy, the dads are going crazy. It's a good time," said "Iron Man" driver Lee O'Donnell.

"Grave Digger" and "Iron Man" are just some of the most popular trucks.

This year's show also features two new trucks, "Monster Medic" and "Son of the Beast."
