Paul Donart has announced his resignation as Green Bay Preble’s football coach after three seasons.
Donart, the third football coach in school history, compiled a 21-9 overall record, 20-6 in the Fox River Classic Conference.
“I would like to thank the players, the parents, the faculty and the entire community for their support over the past three years,” stated Donart. “I’m proud of what I was able to accomplish as head coach. I truly appreciate all the efforts of the Preble Football Booster Club to make football special for all of us. However, I have decided to step away from coaching football so that I can spend more time with my family.”
Donart serves as the department chair of the physical education department at Preble. He plans to continue his work with the Preble track & field program.
