CWY: Jalapeño Popper Pizza and Edible Fruit Bowls

      Kathy joined FOX 11's Emily Deem on Good Day Wisconsin to create a Jalapeño Popper Pizza and Fruit Bowls!

      Jalapeño Popper Pizza

      Mix: 8oz Cream Cheese, 2 TBS Grated Parmesan, 1/4 cup Sour Cream

      This is your pizza sauce.

      Spread this mixture on a pizza crust of your choice.

      Add 4-6 sliced Green Onions.

      Add Crisp Bacon (you may substitute bacon bits).

      Next add sliced Jalapeños. I use canned or jarred.

      Top with 1-2 cups of shredded Mozzarella, Cheddar, and Pepper Jack. (I buy all three types separately and mix together)

      Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes

      Edible Fruit Bowls

      4 Waffle Bowls (I use the brand name Joy. Found in your supermarket by the ice cream toppings)

      A mixture of cut and sliced fruits of your choice

      1 cup nonfat Greek Yogurt

      1/2 cup of Marshmallow Creme


      In a mixing bowl place yogurt and marshmallow creme. Mix together until smooth.

      In a waffle bowl place a layer of fruit, top with yogurt mixture. Add anothe layer of fruit and add a spoonful of yogurt mixture in center of fruit. Top with granola.
