Sheriff's officials say the crash happened just before 10 a.m. on Hwy. 10, a little east of Maple Rock Road. As a pickup truck pulling a small cattle trailer was headed west, the driver lost control on the slippery road. The truck crossed the center line and hit the driver's side of an oncoming semi.
The driver of the pickup truck, a 68-year-old Brillion man, was airlifted to the hospital. There were no cattle in his trailer.
The driver of the semi, a 60-year-old Greenleaf man, did not appear to be hurt.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
