      Cranberry Bog Bar

      Crust:

      1 cup butter softened
      1 cup brown sugar
      1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
      2 ½ cups rolled oats
      1 cup flour

      Filling:

      16 oz prepared whole cranberry sauce
      1 tsp orange zest
      1/2 tsp cinnamon
      1/4 tsp cloves
      sugar (optional, depends on how sweet you want it)

      Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and simmer a couple minutes to incorporate flavors.

      Topping:

      4 Tablespoons butter-melted
      ½ cup chopped pecans
      ½ cup brown sugar-packed
      ½ teaspoon cinnamon
      1 cup rolled oats

      Directions:

      In a large mixing bowl combine all crust ingredients together and pressed into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Spread prepared cranberry filling over the crust. In another bowl combine all of the topping ingredients and mix evenly. Sprinkle over the top of the cranberry filling. Bake for 25-30 min or until golden brown, let cool for 2 hours, cut and serve.
