Crust:1 cup butter softened1 cup brown sugar1 Tablespoon Cinnamon2 1/2 cups rolled oats1 cup flourFilling:16 oz prepared whole cranberry sauce1 tsp orange zest1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp clovessugar (optional, depends on how sweet you want it)Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and simmer a couple minutes to incorporate flavors.Topping:4 Tablespoons butter-melted 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup brown sugar-packed 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1 cup rolled oatsDirections:In a large mixing bowl combine all crust ingredients together and pressed into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Spread prepared cranberry filling over the crust. In another bowl combine all of the topping ingredients and mix evenly. Sprinkle over the top of the cranberry filling. Bake for 25-30 min or until golden brown, let cool for 2 hours, cut and serve.
