      Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

      2 cloves garlic, minced
      1/3 cup mayonnaise
      1/3 cup olive oil
      1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
      Juice from 1 lemon
      1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
      1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
      Freshly ground black pepper
      16 ounces pasta, cooked al dente (like bowtie, rotini, or penne)
      2 to 4 cups, cooked and diced chicken
      2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved or 2 cups diced and seeded tomatoes
      1 yellow pepper, finely diced
      1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
      1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


      Whisk together first 7 ingredients. Season with a little pepper. In a large bowl, toss together pasta with chicken, tomatoes, pepper, parsley and the dressing. Toss well to coat. Top with shredded Parmesan before serving.  Note: If making ahead and refrigerating salad, do a dressing check.   If mixture seems a bit dry add a little more fresh lemon juice and olive oil.
