Ingredients:2 cloves garlic, minced1/3 cup mayonnaise1/3 cup olive oil1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheeseJuice from 1 lemon1 teaspoon Dijon mustard1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauceFreshly ground black pepper16 ounces pasta, cooked al dente (like bowtie, rotini, or penne)2 to 4 cups, cooked and diced chicken2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved or 2 cups diced and seeded tomatoes1 yellow pepper, finely diced1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheeseDirections:Whisk together first 7 ingredients. Season with a little pepper. In a large bowl, toss together pasta with chicken, tomatoes, pepper, parsley and the dressing. Toss well to coat. Top with shredded Parmesan before serving. Note: If making ahead and refrigerating salad, do a dressing check. If mixture seems a bit dry add a little more fresh lemon juice and olive oil.
