LOUIS (AP) - Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Matt Garza left a start against the St. Louis Cardinals in the fourth inning because of a bruised right thumb.Wei-Chung Wang replaced Garza with St. Louis leading 4-3 Wednesday after Garza walked Matt Carpenter leading off the fourth. The Brewers said Garza is day to day.Garza met with a trainer and tried a few warmup pitches before the Brewers called for a reliever.
