Remove from the oven and remove the parchment and weights.For the Filling:7 eggs, beaten1 qt heavy creamsalt and pepper to taste2 cups three cheese blend2 cups diced turkey, diced2 cup assorted vegetables, choppedPlace the turkey in the shell, cover with the veggies then the cheese. Slowly pour the custard in until full, bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
