1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 pkg (5.2 ounces) Boursin garlic and herb cheese
Salt and pepper
8 slices of bacon
4 split, toasted buns
A few tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
Shape ground beef into 8 equal thin patties. Season with salt and pepper. Divide cheese into 4 portions. Shape each portion into a small round. Place cheese rounds on each patty, then top with remaining beef patties. Pinch edges of patties to seal tightly. Wrap 2 slices of the bacon around each patty. Place patties on a heated grill. Grill burgers, flipping once. Serve on buns with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato if desired.
