      Ingredients:

      3 ounces vanilla yogurt
      1 Tbsp honey
      1/2 cup blueberries
      1/2 cup raspberries
      ½ of a cucumber, peeled and diced
      1 cup kale
      3/4 cup water, flax milk or almond milk

      Directions:

      Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
