Ingredients:3/4 cup mayonnaise2 tablespoons red wine vinegar1 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon celery salt2 teaspoons Dijon mustard1 medium cabbage, shredded or 1 pound bag coleslaw mix3 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley2 tablespoons red onion, finely dicedHalf pound bacon, cooked and crumbled8 ounces crumbled bleu or gorgonzola cheeseDirections:In a big bowl whisk together first 5 ingredients. Season with a little salt and pepper. Toss in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate at least a few hours before serving.
