1 1/2 pounds ground chuck

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

1 to 2 cups baby carrots

4 potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks

1/4 pound green beans, trimmed

1 1/2 cups sliced mushrroms (optional)

1 small onion, sliced thin

1 can cream of mushroom soup

Heavy duty foil

Cooking spray


Tear off 4 large pieces of heavy duty foil and spray with cooking spray.  Mix ground chuck with onion soup mix and form into 4 patties. Spread a tablespoon or two of the cream of mushroom soup in the center of each piece of foil. Place burger patties on top. Place some of the veggies on top and around the patties. Season veggies with a little salt and pepper. Spoon the remaining soup on top of the patties and veggies.  Fold up the foil to create a little pouch.  Grill foil packets over medium heat for 25 to 40 minutes or bake on a cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.  Open the tin foil pouch carefully because it will be hot and steamy.
