TEMPLE, Texas (AP) Three people critically injured during this week's shooting spree at Fort Hood have been upgraded to fair condition while a fourth victim awaits discharge.Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple on Friday updated conditions of four patients still receiving care following the rampage that ended when the gunman killed himself.Three patients upgraded from serious to fair condition are expected to remain at Scott & White for several days. The fourth person is in good condition and could be discharged Friday.Wednesday's shooting spree has been blamed on Spc. Ivan Lopez, who fatally shot himself after killing three people and wounding 16 others.Post officials say the Army truck driver from Puerto Rico underwent treatment for depression and anxiety and was being evaluated for post-traumatic stress disorder.
