Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple on Friday updated conditions of four patients still receiving care following the rampage that ended when the gunman killed himself.
Three patients upgraded from serious to fair condition are expected to remain at Scott & White for several days. The fourth person is in good condition and could be discharged Friday.
