FOX 11 Top 11: Ranked teams hold their own in Week 2

After an interesting Week 1 of the season, Week 2 calmed down with no ranked team losing.

Among the impressive outings were No. 1 Kimberly’s 41-7 win over Hortonville, No. 3 Menasha’s 49-20 win over Seymour, No. 7 Fond du Lac’s 54-0 win over Appleton West, No. 9 Kewaunee’s 53-0 win over Oconto and No. 11 Shiocton whipping Lourdes Academy on the road, 48-0.

The Top 11 teams lived up to their ranking and maybe we have more of the same in Week 3. Looking at the schedule, no ranked team plays another ranked team.

Nonetheless, it doesn’t mean there won’t be some good games. No. 4 West De Pere hosts 2-0 Luxemburg-Casco in the GameTime Game of the Week, No. 6 Xavier goes to 2-0 Little Chute and No. 10 Waupaca gets a visit from Freedom, which is coming off a 21-0 win over Winneconne.
