APPLETON – Appleton had their annual Makerfest event Sunday.
It’s a chance to see what people are making, how they make it and a chance to learn it yourself.
The community workshop is a way to help people learn new skills and share existing ones.
Some say it’s a social event centered around collaboration.
“You can do wondrous things in your garage, but when you have 10 other people that have clever ideas you can do a lot more.” said Mike Putnm, the Community Liaison for Makerspace.
Makerfest featured a variety of creations, from painting and music, to 3D printing.
