Flatbread/pizza crust of choice
Fresh garlic – minced
Kosher salt & pepper
2 ripe tomatoes – thinly sliced
5 grilled chicken tenderloins
Fresh mozzarella – thinly sliced
Bunch fresh basil – chiffonade
Preheat oven to 425.
Drizzle flatbread with olive oil and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Top with tomatoes, chicken and mozzarella and bake until cheese is bubbly. Finish with fresh basil.
