‘Person of interest’ in death may have Oshkosh ties

OSHKOSH – The Oshkosh Police Department says a woman who is a person of interest in a recent homicide may have ties to Oshkosh.

A 43-year-old Town of Fox Lake man was found dead in his apartment on Sunday, August 24. The Oshkosh Police Department says the death happened sometime between August 18 and August 24.

Police say the deceased man met the woman online and was allegedly picking her up in Oshkosh on Sunday, August 17. Investigators say the woman is 37-years-old and has four children.
