Grilling with the girls: Arugula, Tomato and Goat Cheese Pizza

GREEN BAY – Private chefs Shana Conradt and Liz Cookle of Make Me Hot Meals fired up the grill for pizza!

Arugula, Tomato and Goat Cheese Pizza

1 100% Whole Grain Ultra Thin Pizza Crust

2 T olive oil

garlic powder


1-2 c raw arugula

2 oz goat cheese, crumbled

1 c cherry tomatoes, halved

black pepper

balsamic vinegar

Spread olive oil evenly across the crust.  Lightly sprinkle seasonings over oil.  Distribute arugula, cheese, tomatoes and black pepper over the crust.  Grill or bake pizza.  Drizzle baked pizza with balsamic.
