A few chances for much-needed rain heading into the weekend.
A few small isolated areas of showers are possible this morning. Rain and thunderstorms will move into Western Wisconsin by midday. As those storms move east they will weaken and by the afternoon a few scattered showers or thunderstorms will move into NE Wisconsin. This won’t be the widespread rain that we could use, but more rain is possible tonight and again Sunday. We’ll have a mix of sun and clouds today with highs in the upper 70s. Winds out of the southwest at 5-15 mph.
Tonight another round of showers and thunderstorms is possible, our lows will be mild staying in the mid 60s.
We warm things up on Saturday as high temps will climb into the mid-80s with partly cloudy skies and humidity levels will rise to uncomfortable levels.
Our best chance of rain looks to move in on Sunday as showers and storms move into the area with mostly cloudy skies. High temps will be in the upper 70s.
The start of the next work week looks very nice as mostly sunny skies are expected Monday through Wednesday. Highs on Monday will be in the low 70s, and then temps warm to near 80 degrees Tuesday and Wednesday.
