CLINTONVILLE – City administrator Lisa Kotter has again been placed on a paid administrative leave by the City Council, city attorney April Dunlavy said Wednesday.
The board voted Tuesday to place Kotter on leave for an undetermined amount of time, pending the gathering of additional information, she said.
No reason was publicly cited for the move, and Dunlavy would not describe what information the council is looking for.
Earlier this year, the council placed Kotter on paid administrative leave amidst allegations of misconduct. Mayor Judith Magee vetoed the move – putting Kotter back on the job – and the council failed to override that veto. The council then issued a no-confidence vote in Magee.
Kotter has maintained she has done nothing wrong.
