White Wine Vinaigrette


1/4 cup white wine
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 cup olive oil


Combine first 6 ingredients in blender. Blend for a few seconds.  Slowly add oil and blend until smooth.  Toss with salad greens.  Extra dressing keeps for up to a week.
