Serious injuries in car vs. motorcycle crash

BEAVER – Marinette County Dispatch responded to an accident with serious injuries Friday.

It happened on U.S. Highway 141 and County Highway P.

Police say the motorcycle was headed southbound on Highway 141 when it struck by a car coming off of County P.

The motorcycle was driven by a 52-year-old Kimberly man. His 52-year-old wife was his passenger.

Police say the female passenger of the motorcycle was seriously injured. She and her husband were transported to a local hospital in Marinette.

The woman was later flown by Eagle III to a Green Bay Hospital.

The driver of the car, a 19-year-old Coleman man, and his passenger, a 16-year-old female from Crivitz, suffered minor injuries.

Police say drugs and alcohol do not appear to be factors in this crash. The incident remains under investigation.
