Siracha Steak Bites from Hotel Seymour

Ingredients:

Center cut tenderloin cut into 1/2″ x 1/2″ pieces

Flour seasoned with salt and pepper

1-2 eggs beaten for egg wash

For Sauce:

3/4 cup salad dressing

1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

1 Tbsp Siracha sauce

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp granulated garlic

1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning

Directions:

Place steak in seasoned flour, egg wash and then back in seasoned flour. Fry in pan of hot oil until cooked through. Combine ingredients for sauce and serve on the side.
