Frozen Mocha Tart


8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp espresso or strong brewed coffee
1 cup whipped cream or cool whip
4 oz melted butter
1 pkg Oreos, crushed
3 oz chocolate, melted
3 oz heavy cream


In a stand mixer; combine cream cheese, sugar and espresso. Blend until smooth. For the crust, combine melted butter and crushed Oreos and place in 8 inch tart pan making sure the crust is even on sides and bottom. Fold in whipped cream into cream cheese mixture and pour into tart. Combine melted chocolate and heavy cream to create a ganache, once combined pour over cream cheese mixture. Place tart in freezer for at leave 4 hours and enjoy!
